Raw Intent
Stories

A custom expression of restraint, precision, and intent.
This latest RM3 build is a study in balance where raw materials are allowed to speak, and every component is chosen to complement rather than compete.
At its core sits a raw carbon finish that exposes the structure of the frame itself, uninterrupted and unapologetic. That same exposed-carbon treatment carries through to a custom-finished FSA crankset, creating a visual and material continuity that anchors the entire build.
Copper gold detailing is used sparingly but deliberately. The metallic logos sit against the depth of the carbon like quiet punctuation, refined, confident, and never overstated. That same tone is echoed again in the upgraded hardware from Better Bolts, extending the accent language into the smallest functional details.
The drivetrain is built around Shimano Dura-Ace, elevated with a CeramicSpeed OSPW system for reduced friction and a sharper, more efficient chain line. Wheel performance is handled by Duke Baccara 42 rims paired with DT Swiss 180 hubs, light, responsive, and race-proven. Up front, an ENVE integrated barstem completes the cockpit with clean, unified control.
Nothing here is decorative for its own sake. Each element earns its place through performance, then contributes to a larger visual coherence.
A machine built to disappear beneath the rider, leaving only the ride itself.
