Frame and Fork Warranty
10-Year Warranty: All Argonaut frames come with a 10-year warranty against manufacturing defects for the original owner.
Lifetime Warranty on Wheels: Our Argonaut R43 and D33 rims are covered by a lifetime warranty for manufacturing defects.
Paint Finish Warranty
5-Year Coverage: The paint finish on your Argonaut frame, fork, and stem is warranted against defects in materials and workmanship for five years. Normal wear and tear, riding damage, or crashes are not covered.
Component Warranty
All components are covered under the OEM manufacturer's warranty.
Crash Replacement Policy
Accidents happen. If your Argonaut is damaged in a crash, contact us. We'll assess the situation on a case-by-case basis to determine the best repair or replacement option.
Shipping Costs for Warranty Claims
Customers cover shipping costs to us. We'll handle the return shipping back to you.
30-Day Ride Guarantee
We're confident you'll love your Argonaut. If, for any reason, you're not completely satisfied within 30 days of receiving your frameset (frame and fork), you can return it for a full refund of the frameset cost.
Please note: components are non-refundable. Any components purchased with your bike are your property and cannot be returned or refunded under the 30-Day Ride Guarantee.
This guarantee applies exclusively to the frameset (frame and fork) to ensure you're thrilled with the heart of your Argonaut. Reach out to us at service@argonautcycles.com to initiate a return.
Refundable Deposits
Deposits are refundable within two weeks of placement.
After two weeks, your spot is reserved for up to 12 months. If your project is paused for over 12 months, the deposit will be forfeited.
How do I open a service ticket?
To process a warranty claim or start service on your bike, we must physically inspect the frame. Submit a service request at argonautcycles.com/warranty with your bike serial number, a description of the issue, a photo, and proof of purchase. We'll get back to you within 48 to 72 hours and determine whether to repair or replace the item at our discretion.
All warranty coverage applies only to the original owner. We do not cover products purchased outside of our direct online and authorized retail channels.

What happens if my bike is damaged?
If your bike is damaged, please submit a request using our Service Request Form. Our Service Department will assess your bike on a case-by-case basis and guide you through the next steps.
Can I get my Argonaut repaired or refinished?
Absolutely. Because we manufacture 100% in-house, we can fully repair or refinish your bike to original specifications. Repairs and refinishing are billed at our shop rate and are scheduled at the end of our current production queue.

Do you offer crash replacement?
Crash replacement is evaluated on a case-by-case basis. We often coordinate with your insurance provider to cover costs and ensure you can get back on the road as quickly as possible. Our goal is to help you return to riding safely and efficiently.
