Personalized Consultation

Stories

Every build starts the same way, with a conversation.

Before geometry, before materials, before any decisions are made, we take the time to understand why you’re here and what you’re looking for in a bike.

Not just what you want it to be, but how you want it to feel.

Understanding the Rider

The consultation is a working session, not a presentation.

We talk through how you ride, where you ride, and what matters most when you’re on the bike. Past experiences—what’s worked, what hasn’t—are just as important as what you’re aiming for next.

This is where priorities become clear.

Some riders come in focused on performance. Others are looking for something more balanced. Most are somewhere in between.

The goal is to define that clearly before anything gets built.

Setting the Direction

From there, we begin outlining the build.

Not in terms of final decisions, but in terms of direction—geometry, ride characteristics, and the general approach that will guide everything that follows.

This stage isn’t about locking things in. It’s about making sure we’re aligned before moving forward.

What It Enables

A good consultation removes guesswork.

It allows us to make decisions later in the process with context—fit, layup, components, and finish all tie back to what was established here.

Without it, the build becomes a series of isolated choices. With it, the bike comes together as a complete system.

Working Together

The process stays collaborative throughout.

We guide where needed, but the input comes from you. The best outcomes happen when both sides are clear on what they’re trying to achieve.

That’s what this stage sets up.
